Neo Malta [FIXED VERSION]

I wasn't allowed to publish any changes since the original game is currently being voted on, but issues with uncapped framerates were making the game unplayable for people with higher refresh rate monitors. This is a fixed version that should be playable for everyone!

After voting ends, I'll be deleting this copy and making it the official one. Please enjoy my proof of concept game!
